ID Insight President to Speak at BAI Conference
NORTHFIELD, MINN. (July 08, 2008) — ID Insight president Adam Elliott is set to speak at the Banking Administration Institute (BAI) conference, ”Combating Payments Fraud.” Elliott and Wesley Wilhelm of WaMu will address how institutions have dealt with the most recent compliance issues of the FACT Act Red Flag Guidelines dealing with address changes and discrepancies at a preconference seminar on October 19. The discussion will concentrate on address change risk management, how banks have used technology in decision-making and risk mitigation, and the ways in which identity thieves will try to outwit these detection solutions.
The BAI conference provides the most recent information on the topics of payments and check fraud and the best ways to prevent them from occurring, and will be held October 20-22, 2008, at The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD/Washington D.C.
